Configure the Software Configure FTP client

Secure FTP Server works as any other FTP Server but also accepts secure FTP connections and disk quotas.

Standard configuration of Secure FTP Server is shown below:

The most important parameters to configure are:

Work Mode - You should select Secure FTP Server option.
Ports to accept income connections - There are 3 types of connections. If you want to accept any of them, enter a port number to appropriate text field. Otherwise, enter 0 there.

Before an user can logon to server, you have to create an account to him. You can add, edit or delete users at the Edit user accounts page, but before you have to run Software in the Secure FTP Server mode. Also you can temporary disable an user and set a disk quota for each user.

Configure FTP client

Let's set an address of Secure FTP Server is secure.ftpserver.com. Then logon properties of FTP client are:

Address - secure.ftpserver.com.
Port - 5349 or 5350 or 5351.
