   1. All copyrights to Advanced FTP Proxy Server ("Software") 
	are exclusively owned by the author - KIESoft.

   2. License Agreement
	You should carefully read the following terms and 
	conditions before using this Software.  Unless you 
	have a different license agreement signed by KIESoft, 
	your use of this software indicates your acceptance 
	of this license agreement and warranty. 

   3. Installing and using Software signifies acceptance of 
	these terms and conditions of the license. If you do 
	not agree with the terms of this license you must 
	remove Software files from your storage devices and 
	cease to use the product.

   4. GRANT OF LICENSE: Subject to the terms below, KIESoft 
	hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable 
	license to install and to use the downloadable, standard 
	version of Software. 

	Software license will be free for an introductory 
	thirty (30) day period and, should you elect to 
	purchase the full license, will continue perpetually.
	During the introductory period, or the full license term, 
	if you elect to purchase it, you may: (i) install and use 
	the Software for your internal use on the number of computers 
	for which you have paid license fees; and (ii) copy the 
	Software for back-up or archival purposes.


   5. Software IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF 
	ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT 
	YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE 
	FOR DATA LOSS,DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR 
	ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR 
	MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

   6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, 
	modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse 
	engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset 
	of the licensed program, except as provided for in this 
	agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in 
	immediate and automatic termination of this license and
	may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

   8. The terms of this license, as well as the Software interface 
	design are subjects of changes in future versions of Software.

   9. When you register Software the "Registration code" is being 
	issued to you. This "Registration code" can ONLY be used 
	by the person (or company) purchased it. 

   10. You can only use the "Registration code" received from KieSoft
	or the company affiliating or partnering with KieSoft and 
	having written permission to distribute "Registration code".

      KIESoft reserves all rights not expressly granted here.
