The license of FileBackup for Linux

   1. All copyrights to FileBackup ("Software") are exclusively 
	owned by the author - Igor Menshikov.

   2. License Agreement
	You should carefully read the following terms and 
	conditions before using this Software.  Unless you 
	have a different license agreement signed by Igor Menshikov, 
	your use of this software indicates your acceptance 
	of this license agreement and warranty.

   3. Installing and using Software signifies acceptance of 
	these terms and conditions of the license. If you do 
	not agree with the terms of this license you must 
	remove Software files from your storage devices and 
	cease to use the product.

   4. GRANT OF LICENSE: Subject to the terms below, Igor Menshikov
	hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable
	license to install and to use the downloadable, standard
	version of Software.

	Software license will be free for you but it does not
	include support. If you need support, you have to pay
	for it. Without that you can only inform us about
	found bugs and send your suggestions how to improve
	software.

   5. Software IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY OF 
	ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT 
	YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE 
	FOR DATA LOSS,DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR 
	ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR 
	MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

	design are subjects of changes in future versions of Software.
