4. Support any standard or secure FTP Server.

BackupMe works directly with any standard or secure FTP Server without any external software and IT intervention. All you need is to specify a server address, port, username and password. Optional proxy server and passive mode enable backups if firewalls do not allow establishing connection from outside. BackupMe can use a secondary backup server in case the primary is down.

5. Support any Tape Unit that is recognized by Windows NT/2000/XP. Ability to work with remote (shared) Tape Unit through network.

BackupMe is able to work with any Tape Unit that is recognized by your Windows NT/2000/XP system. Powerful Tape Device Console allows you to erase, verify tapes and much more...
